We coordinate and communicate with the tenants, with you, and vendors for all maintenance issues. Protecting and maintaining your investment is a top priority for us.
Vendor bills and receipts are emailed monthly with Owner Statements and are also available through our online Owner Portal.

Double Security Deposit Guarantee
We double the standard security deposit amount up to $5000 to cover tenant turnover costs above normal wear and tear. We cover the costs so you don’t have to! Ask your current property manager if they will personally cover the costs of tenant turnover repairs. We guarantee they will say NO! But we say YES!
21-Day Rental Guarantee
After a property is cleaned and ready to rent, we guarantee a signed lease within 21 days or no lease fee will be charged (Owner must allow pets).
If a tenant fails to complete their initial lease term, no leasing fee will be charged to replace the tenant.
Any damage caused by an approved pet will be reimbursed up to $2000. Just think, that could get you new flooring! Ask your current property manager if they will personally cover the costs of pet damage. We guarantee they will say NO! But we say YES!
