Regular inspections of your rental property are the best ways a property manager can protect your investment home. At a minimum, you should drive by the property every month just to make sure the outside looks good. You don't want to see any trash gathering or weeds growing high. If it looks bad on the outside, that's usually an indication that something is going on inside.
